For a long time, Nick Sleep was considered the Keyser Soze of the investment management world - You knew he existed, you knew he was one of the best managers, but it was extremely hard for the uninitiated to find any of his material. Now retired from the industry, he recently released his letters to partners. These are as close as it gets to the True North of investing.

Charlie Munger is a fantastic thinker, in addition to being one of the most successful investors. This book will help you to think better and apply a mental models-based framework for how to live. Psychology
Thinking, Fast and Slow
Daniel Kahneman spent his life analyzing why we do what we do and why our brains are full of cognitive biases. This masterpiece is a presentation of his lifetime work.
Melting Asphalt
Kevin Simler deconstructs why Homo Sapiens adopts the social behaviors we live by. If you read his essays you will learn a lot about psychology, game theory and yourself. I particularly recommend his posts about advertising and beliefs.
